We are unabke to accept individual reservations by email. Please use our online reservation service.

It may not be necessary to contact us with your request.

You can cancel your reservation in your myEDS account.

If you need to reschedule your reservation (same number of tickets) for a different date, you can also do this in in your myEDS account.

If you need to add tickets to your reservation: please place a new order via the website for the additional ticket(s).

Usee this form if you need fewer tickets than you have reserved.

It is not necessary to inform us if you need to change the type of tickets you need (standard prioce / reduced price). This can be done when you collect your tickets.
